The power of a smile

I am a lucky man!

I am surrounded by support,

I want to thank all those people,in my life who make my life one I can smile about !

There is of course my wife my family .

But I must take time to acknowledge some special people .

Part of our reason we are the

“ Smiling Robertson’s”

Glenn and Cindy Reid

Peter Harris

for their musical contribution.

Dorette Lotter ,

we would still be moving in. If not for her support

Bill and Jean King

Charles and Sandra Anderson

Jim and Judy Currie

Roger and Sandra Pederson

It’s people like these that enable us to smile!

They are our oasis!

They are not alone but they give us support and a strength, that creates a smile .

I hope we do the same for them

Smiling increases mood-enhancing hormones while decreasing stress-enhancing hormones, including cortisol, and adrenaline. It also reduces overall blood pressure. And because you typically smile when you’re happy, the muscles used trigger your brain to produce more endorphins—the chemical that relieves pain and stress..

When you’re smiling, the whole world smiles with you!

Have fun and be a warrior
