Instrument or a tool?

What’s in a word?

Sometimes it’s not What you say, but in How you say it.

You use a tool

You play and perform with an instrument

Let’s look at the hammer do you use the hammer or play with the hammer

Let’s look at the Bells

do you use the bells? Or do you play with the bells

Which sounds like more fun?

Now think about exercise or practice

Is your body a tool or an instrument?

This decision is a mental health decision.

When you play, you perform !

When you performed well, was it because you exercised or practiced !

Our life, our lives, require us to perform!

Which is why I don’t agree with an exercise program as physiotherapy to prevent falling.

I want to practice !

so my body my mind are instruments used to improve my performance .

not just.used as a tool to get me more fit, and in shape

So to HELL with exercise!

There is a reason that exercising is called working out.

Where practice is used to better our performance

Let’s practice so we can play!

Who wants to play?

Now doesn’t that sound like fun.

Have Fun and be a warrior
