Nobody gets out of here without singing the blues

Stress in your life is inevitable

However how it affects you is up to you

Know your options .

stress can excite you .

this excitement can increase your dopamine level

Stress is the body’s reaction to any change that requires an adjustment or response.

The body reacts to these changes with physical, mental, and emotional responses.

Stress is a normal part of life.

Again

You can experience stress from your environment, your body, and your thoughts

SO…..

Stress is a good thing?

It means you care about people and things.

Stress in your life means you’re engaged in your life.

To be stress free would make for an unengaged,boring, lonely life.

So be active and engaged in your life.

Stress should be apart of your life.

However stress should not rule it!

Gives you something to stress about, doesn’t it?

Remember, nobody gets out of here without singing the blues
