T Ain’t What You Do It’s The Way That You Do it

Fior a disease that is over 200 years old it has been only Over the past two decades, that aerobic exercise has emerged as a mainstream recommendation to aid in treating Parkinson’s disease (PD).

Despite the acknowledgement of the benefits of exercise for people with PD (PwPD), frequently, exercise recommendations lack specificity in terms of frequency, intensity and duration. Additionally, conflating physical activity with exercise has contributed to providing vague exercise recommendations to PwPD

What I believe seems to

Work for me. Or at least I’m satisfied with it.

I believe every exercise drill we do is for therapeutic benefits, not athletic benefits.

I also believe that every drill should include four components these are mental, visual, oral, and physical.

And when doing these drills, including these components, they should also follow the four P’sof practice.

Which are they must have a purpose you must be patient. They must be done with power and they must be done precisely as possible.

So with that being said let’s get into today’s song

When I was a Parkie in about yesr three

My MDS said, “Parkie come to me”

Says, “Things may come and things may go

But this is one thing you ought to know”

Oh, ’tain’t what you do; it’s the way that you do it

‘Tain’t what you do; it’s the way that you do it

‘Tain’t what you do; it’s the way that you do it

That’s what gets results

‘Tain’t what you do; it’s the time that you do it

‘Tain’t what you do; it’s the time that you do it

‘Tain’t what you do; it’s the time that you do it

That’s what gets results

You can try hard, don’t mean a thing

Take it easy, breezy, then your jive will swing

Oh, it ’tain’t what you do; it’s the place that you do it

‘Tain’t what you do; it’s the time that you do it

‘Tain’t what you do; it’s the way that you do it

That’s what gets results

You’ve learned your A B C’s

You’ve learned your D F G’s

But this is something you don’t learn in school

So get your hep boots on

And then you’ll carry on

But remember if you try too hard

It don’t mean a thing, take it easy

‘Tain’t what bring do; it’s the way that you bring it

‘Tain’t what swing do; it’s the way that you swing it

‘Tain’t what sing do; it’s the way that you sing it

That’s what gets results

That’s what gets results

Ah that Parkie brain😀

Why are ABC’s said in that order?

Why is the Alphabet said in the order it is.

So I got to thinking and said HMMM.

I bet if I could get the grandkids to say it like below that would really screw with their teachers

FXOZB and K

RYCDHGA

LNQPMIJ

UTVWS and E

I can say my alphabet

And in any order yet!

Have fun and be a warrior
