The Festination #2

Just because Parkinson’s forces us into slow small movements, it doesn’t mean we shouldn’t practice slow small movement.

Large and loud we always combine them. Yet we must also combine them with our small and soft movement.

After all if all we did was large movements, we’d walk right through our fridge, instead of stopping at the fridge, when we go to get our snacks.

Stopping requires us to slow down and use smaller steps.

Remember there’s a sequence, there’s a combination that we use to move successfully.

Parkinson’s robs us of those sequence and combination patterns.

so we must learn to reuse them and to reuse them together, not just separately.

So that’s all of my messages for today. It’s nice and small as oppospoed to large and long, like the other ones.

But always remember to ….

Have fun and be a warrior.
