Day 2: Trans Canada Trail Challenge Are your boots made for walking?

I was diagnosed with Parkinson’s May25, 2012

The fall of 2013 we Traveled to Scotland and Ireland. We competed in the 5KM run of the Loch Ness Marathon.

Today using my Treadmill I retraced 5800 steps .

That’s around 2.75 km that I am putting towards the Trans Canada Trail.

Only 28997.25 km’s left to go.

Help me out, put on your walking boots and tell me your story.

Hope you enjoy the pics?
