Cohabiting with your disease

How we cope with a disease that has entered our life sometimes comes down to terminology.

You are not living with a disease. The disease is living with you, It actually lives off you! What you provide it to feed on, can make it stronger. Easier to suck the life out of you.. If you feed it an apathetic attitude, a sedentary life style, it will flourish.

The disease is a leach, it will try and suck the life out of you. You must turn the tables, fight back. Give the disease a battle, challenge it to survive.

How do we do this?

Look at your life style.

he more engaged you are in life, the harder it is for the disease to latch on.Basically, you are an unbroken horse trying to buck the disease off your back. The more you buck, the harder the disease must try to hang on to try and break you. The tamer you are, the easier it is for the disease to flourish and grow.

Is this hard to do. NO !!! You just have to be more involved in LIFE!!!

So get out there, be engaged, Physically. Mentally, Orally.

Keep on Bucking!!!
