Why are my arms shorter with Parkinson’s?

Why does Parkinson’s seem to make my arms shorter?

Never had problems before Parkinson’s putting on my underwear, reaching down to put on my socks on, putting my legs into my pants or tying up my shoe laces.

Don’t even get me started on wiping my ARSE!
