They say that laughter is the best medicine.

However the power of music can not be far behind.

Songs can have a multitude of benefits to us Parkies.

The beat can get us swaying and moving beyond our tremors.

The lyrics can create positive reinforcements of What to do, Why to do it, and How to do it.

Singing those lyrics can work on not only our voice but also work on displaying our facial expressions as we sing along.

Singing daily for at least 10 minutes reduces stress, clears your sinuses, improves posture and can help you live longer.

There are many ways and methods we can use that can help us in sharing our lives with Parkinson’s in a more productive way.

Sometimes all we need is a SONG!
