I am Goldilocks?

Let’s see it’s about 10 PM

I’ve just announced to my care giver I’m going to bed.

I’m tired and need sleep. What could possibly interfere with this process?

Why can’t I sleep?

I in no particular order. Let’s go through the checklist.

When do I go to bed?

Where do I sleep on the bed?

I can’t seem to move.

How do I initiate movement?

How do I get out of bed?

Plan my shuffles to toilet.

Planning how to not only take my lower clothing off, but placing my butt properly on the toilet as I free fall into toilet position.

Do the task required while planning , how to stand back up while coordinating pulling my pants and or underwear up at the same time. Just so I don’t have to bend down one more time

Shuffle back to bed.

And repeat from the top of the list .

Repeat the whole process at least one more time

Alarm goes. Off.

Wholly shit its 6:00AM!

Look awkwardly at the ceiling!

Mutter to my self “Fuck that’s another night gone by”

Struggle to once again. Get out of bed , shuffle to bathroom, insert teeth, look into mirror, smile and state……

Good morning world! What are we going to do today!

If you’re searching for that one person that can change your life. Take a look in the mirror!
