Day 3: Trans Canada Trail Challenge Lets do the walk of life

With April being Parkinson’s Awareness Month. What better way to illustrate a Movement Disorder like Parkinson’s than to get out there and demonstrate how much effort it takes for us to get out there and participate in life.

There is an old saying , “Motion is Lotion”. So let’s start lubricating!

It doesn’t matter if that Motion, is an Activity or an Exercise. The key is in the Movement.

Today I walked on my treadmill, road a little Stationary bike, and did my usual walking.

totaling 5.5 kms

This leaves me with 28990 kms to go.

I need your help, Please!

Together we can spread awareness of Parkinson’s

Have fun and be a Warrior

The pictures are what you would see walking from my house and around my village of Broderick, Saskatchewan.
