Sleep freedom of movement?

I have read that silk sheets and silk Pajamas can make for easier movement when under the sheets.

Don’t know if I want my family or friends to know this but I sleep in the buff.

Does anyone else sleep in the buff and find that it makes for easier repositioning under the sheets.

I admit I have never wore Pajamas so I have nothing to compare it to.

So can what we wear or not wear impact on our quality of sleep?
