Food for thoughts, our thoughts are food!
When one thinks of Diet, Food and Nutrition, they most commonly think of them as fuel for the Body. Believing that in order for the Body to perform well, a proper diet along with exercise, are musts.
They focus so much on what goes into the Body, yet I wish they would pay attention to how and what we feed our Mind and Brain as well .
The Mind and the Brain are two separate entities.

The Brain is the physical organ most associated with mind and consciousness, but the Mind is not confined to the Brain.
The Brain is part of the visible, tangible world of the Body. The Mind is the transcendent world of thought, feeling, attitude belief and imagination.
While the Brain represents just 2% of a person’s body weight it accounts for 20% of the body’s energy use.
Burning that much energy efficiently, requires the proper nutrients.
The Mind fuels the Brain. The Brain fuels the body.
So the more we can expose positivity to the Mind, the more positive the relationship between the Brain and Body will be.

Feed the Brain negatively, well the Body will follow.
Garbage in, garbage out!
So let’s try and understand what and how we feed the Brain, by defining the following;
1: Nutrition : the process of providing or obtaining the food necessary for health and growth.
2: Food : any substance consumed to provide nutritional support for an organism.
3: Diet : a special course of food to which one restricts oneself either to lose weight or for medical reasons.
The Brain is arguably the most important organ in the human body. The Brain controls the ability to think, talk, feel, see, hear, walk and much more. It controls and coordinates the Body’s actions and reactions. Essentially it controls all things that make us human!
So it appears that the Body’s ability to perform well, relies on a diet from what the Mind feeds the Brain.
You must ask yourself, “ What is my Brain’s Diet? Am I feeding My mind with positive thoughts? Is my Brain getting the proper Nutrients so it enables my Body to perform to the best of it’s abilities?”
Parkinson’s or Not.

The confidence one must have in their ability to perform tasks, Physically, Mentally or Orally. All come from the thoughts that were fed to our Brain from our Mind
.Food for thought, eh?
